This 39’ single dome tank car is grey with red and yellow herald and runs on Bettendorf trucks. Built in 1960, this DOT103W class tank car was owned by General American Transportation Corporation and leased to Domino Foods, Inc. for use in liquid cane sugar processing. Founded in 1901 in New York, Domino Foods quickly became a renowned brand in the United States. Today, Domino Foods is the largest sugar company in the USA, with three large sugar refineries on the East Coast.
